Third parties
We may share enquiry details with vetted photographer partners (Singapore) when you request a match. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage.

Copyright & takedown
Tov Studio respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site or on our tools (including the AI headshot tool at headshots.tovstudiophoto.com) infringes a copyright you own, email hello@tovstudiophoto.com with the subject “Copyright Takedown Notice” and include: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the location (URL) of the material you believe is infringing; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf; and your physical or electronic signature. We review every notice and will remove or disable access to material we control that is found to be infringing. If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
If you use our AI headshot tool, you confirm that you are the person in the photo, or that you otherwise have the right to use the image you upload. Uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider to generate your headshot and are not stored on our servers.
